Amazing Freshness

I really love the smell of ambi pur fragrance. Before I use to put the perfumes but now I don't require that at all. It totally gives the freshness and purity in the air.

When I got this packet from Indi blogger, I was so excited to apply it in my car. Even my family and friends love the smell and they have also started using ambi pure. Whenever I open the door of my car it gives best feeling of my life.

Before my grandmother never use to like to travel in the cars. But after then when I forced her, she sat down in my car and smell the fragrance, and felt so good. That now she just love traveling in my car only.

Yummy Jalebi

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • Milk 
  • 1/4 tspn baking powder
  • Full quantity of ghee
  • Empty ketchup bottle
  • 1 tspn kesar assence
  • Pinch of kesar yellow color
  • Sugar syrup

Pudhina Rice

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 2 potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 tblspn ginger, garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspn chilli powder
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 cinamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 cardamom crushed
  • 1 tspn nutmeg powder
  • 1 cup pudhina leaves chopped
  • 4 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tblspn ghee
  • 1 tblspn oil

Kidney Beans (RAJMA)

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup beans (RAJMA)
  • 1-1/2 tspn salt
  • 1 big cardomom
  • 1 clove
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tspn jeera
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspn haldi
  • 1-1/2 dhaniya powder
  • 2 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspn rajma masala

Spring Rolls

Ingredients: (FOR THE COVERING)
  • 1 cup maida
  • 2 tspn maida, mix water to a paste
  • 1/4 tspn baking powder
  • 2 tspn oil
  • Oil for deep frying
Ingredients: (FOR THE FILLING)
  1. 500 gms cabbage
  2. 250 gms carrot
  3. 200 gms capsicum
  4. 1 bunch of spring onion 
  5. 1/2 tspn aginomoto
  6. 1/2 cup soya sauce
  7. 2 tspn sugar
  8. 2 tspn chilli sauce
  9. 1 tblspn oil
  10. Salt to taste

Mango Kulfi

Ingredients:
  • 250gm milk
  • 1 serving spoon mawa                                                                   
  • 1-1/2 serving spoon sugar
  • 1/4tspn cardomom powder
  • 1/2 mango grinded
  • 1/2 mango assence
  • 1 tblspn kewara jal
  • Pinch of yellow color
  • Little bit of pista and almonds

Kulfi

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg milk
  • 2 serving spoon mawa
  • 2-1/2 serving spoon sugar
  • 1 serving spoon cashew
  • 1 serving spoon almonds
  • 1/4 tspn cardomom powder
  • Pinch of kesar color
  • Pinch of kesar assence

Narayal Ki Chutney

Ingredients:
  • 2 serving spoon narayal powder
  • 1/2 cup chile hue chane
  • 1 green chillies
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1/2 tspn salt

  • 1-1/2 tblspn moon ki daal
  • 1/2 tspn rai
  • 7-8 neem k pate

Ingredients: 
  • 1 muthi cocum
  • 1/2 serving spoon coconut

  • Half bunch of pudhina
  • Little bit of emli
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1-1/2 tspn salt

Lauki Barfi

  • Mutton 600gms
  • Dried hot red chillies: 15-20pcs

Arrabbiata Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 2(28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 tblspn olive oil
  • 1 tspn crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tspn salt and pepper to taste

Coconut Barfi

Ingredients:
  • 200gm Mawa
  • 4 serving spoon coconut
  • 1-1/2 serving spoon sugar
  • 1/2 tspn kesar assence
  • Pinch of keasr color
