Ingredients:
- 1 cup maida
- 1/2 cup curd
- Milk
- 1/4 tspn baking powder
- Full quantity of ghee
- Empty ketchup bottle
- 1 tspn kesar assence
- Pinch of kesar yellow color
- Sugar syrup
- Take a bowl add maida, curd, milk, baking powder. Mix it well.
- Take a kadai put ghee in it. Keep it on the medium flame.
- Then put the mixture in the ketchup bottle.
- Put the mixture in the kadai.
- At last put the jalebi in the sugar syrup.

U know what Jalebi is one of my fav. stuff right from my child wood specially in cold.
Anyway I am just roaming here and there and accidentally reach U.
