Yummy Jalebi

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • Milk 
  • 1/4 tspn baking powder
  • Full quantity of ghee
  • Empty ketchup bottle
  • 1 tspn kesar assence
  • Pinch of kesar yellow color
  • Sugar syrup
  1. Take a bowl add maida, curd, milk, baking powder. Mix it well.
  2. Take a kadai put ghee in it. Keep it on the medium flame.
  3. Then put the mixture in the ketchup bottle.
  4. Put the mixture in the kadai.
  5. At last put the jalebi in the sugar syrup.
