Mutton Do Pyaza

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg mutton
  • 15 red chillies
  • chopped garlic (15-20 cloves)
  • 4 tblspn oil
  • 10 onions
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 salt
  • 1/2 tspn turmeric
  • 3 tspn red chilli powder
  • garam masala



 Method:

  1. Heat the oil.
  2. Then put garam masala and onions in the oil.
  3. When onions are brown then put the meat in it.
  4. Put 1-1/2 tspn salt.
  5. When mutton is half cooked put garlic and 15 red chillies in it.
  6. Till the mutton is not cooked we dont have to put anything.
  7. When the mutton is cooked then put red chilli powder and turmeric.
  8. When masala is cooked then put 1cup milk
  9. Then put curd.
  10. Cook for 10 min more and it is ready.
