Ingredients:
- 1 cup moong
- 2 cup ghee
- 1 tblspn besan
- 1/4 cup mawa
- 3 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tspn cardamom
- Pinch of kesar assence
- Pinch of kesar colour
- Heat the ghee in the kadai and put 1 tblspn besan and 1 cup moong in the kadai.
- In the seperate pan boil the milk and put the sugar in it.
- Now put the mawa in the kadai and then add little bit of milk.
- If the halwa is becoming thick then you can add little bit of water.
- Put the cardamom powder, pinch of kesar assence and kesar colour.
- At last take out in the bowl and spread little bit of almonds and pista.
