Molten Chocalate Lava Cup Cake....

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup chocalate chips
  • 1/4 cup cherry filling
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1 tspn baking powder
  • 1 tspn soda
  • 3/4 cup amul curd
  • 1/2 tspn vanilla assence
  • 1 cup amul milk
  • 3/4 cup white butter
  • 3/4 cup grinde sugar
  • 6 tblspn cocoa powder
Method:
  1. Preheat 180 degree C for 10 min.
  2. Mix maida, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder.
  3. Mix choco chips and cherry.
  4. In the second bowl mix butter, sugar and curd.
  5. Then mix all together and add vanilla assence.
  6. Then take the oven bowl, greece with butter and spread maida.
  7. At last fill the paste with cherry filly and spread choco chips on it.
