- 1 cup udat daal
- 2 cup sela rice
- Salt to taste
- 1 tspn eno
Method:
- Keep 1 cup udat daal and 2 cup sela rice in water for 7 hrs.
- Grinde 1 cup udat daal and 2 cup sela rice separetely.
- Take one big bowl and add the paste of udat daal and rice. Mix it well.
- Then add salt.
- Then put the idli paste in the idli maker.
