Idli

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup udat daal
  • 2 cup sela rice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspn eno 



Method:
  1. Keep 1 cup udat daal and 2 cup sela rice in water for 7 hrs.
  2. Grinde 1 cup udat daal and 2 cup sela rice separetely.
  3. Take one big bowl and add the paste of udat daal and rice. Mix it well.
  4. Then add salt.
  5. Then put the idli paste in the idli maker.
