Kidney Beans (RAJMA)

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup beans (RAJMA)
  • 1-1/2 tspn salt
  • 1 big cardomom
  • 1 clove
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tspn jeera
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspn haldi
  • 1-1/2 dhaniya powder
  • 2 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspn rajma masala
Method:
  1. Boil the beans in the cooker and add salt, cloves and big cardomom.
  2. Give two whistles.
  3. Heat the oil in the pan, add onion, jeera, tomato, red chilli powder, haldi, dhaniya powder.
  4. Then add ginger and garlic paste.
  5. At last add beans and rajma masala.
