Gobi ka Paratha




Ingredients:
  • 2 small gobi
  • 3 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tspn cumin seeds
  • 1 tspn ginger paste
  • 1 tspn dhania powder
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste



Method:

  1. Chop the gobi.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and mix properly. Leave aside for 10 min.
  3. Take little amount of gobi and squeeze to remove water.
  4. Add onions, dhania powder, chilli powder, jeera powder, ginger paste, coriander leaves and green chillies.
  5. Mix well and add salt.
  6. Prepare dough as for a chapati.
