Ingredients:
- 2 small gobi
- 3 green chillies, chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tspn cumin seeds
- 1 tspn ginger paste
- 1 tspn dhania powder
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Chop the gobi.
- Sprinkle with salt and mix properly. Leave aside for 10 min.
- Take little amount of gobi and squeeze to remove water.
- Add onions, dhania powder, chilli powder, jeera powder, ginger paste, coriander leaves and green chillies.
- Mix well and add salt.
- Prepare dough as for a chapati.
