Lauki Barfi
Ingredients:
- 800gm loki
- 400gm sugar
- 200gm mawa
- Pinch of cardamom
- Green color assence
Method:
- Grinde the loki for 1min.
- Put the loki in the kadai and then put 400gm sugar.
- Keep cooking for 15-20 min.
- Then put the mawa in the kadai.
- Add green assence in the kadai.
- Atlast spread pista and badam
