Lauki Barfi

Ingredients:
  • 800gm loki
  • 400gm sugar
  • 200gm mawa
  • Pinch of cardamom 
  • Green color assence



Method:

  1. Grinde the loki for 1min.
  2. Put the loki in the kadai and then put 400gm sugar.
  3. Keep cooking for 15-20 min.
  4. Then put the mawa in the kadai.
  5. Add green assence in the kadai.
  6. Atlast spread pista and badam
