Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg milk
- 2 serving spoon mawa
- 2-1/2 serving spoon sugar
- 1 serving spoon cashew
- 1 serving spoon almonds
- 1/4 tspn cardomom powder
- Pinch of kesar color
- Pinch of kesar assence
- Boil the milk in the kadai.
- Put 2 serving spoon mawa and mix it well.
- Put 2-1/2 serving spoon sugar and mix it well. (MAKE IT THICK)
- Then put cashew, almonds, and cardomom powder.
- At last put pinch of kesar color and kesar assence.
- Freeze it and enjoy.
