Kulfi

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kg milk
  • 2 serving spoon mawa
  • 2-1/2 serving spoon sugar
  • 1 serving spoon cashew
  • 1 serving spoon almonds
  • 1/4 tspn cardomom powder
  • Pinch of kesar color
  • Pinch of kesar assence
Method:
  1. Boil the milk in the kadai.
  2. Put 2 serving spoon mawa and mix it well.
  3. Put 2-1/2 serving spoon sugar and mix it well. (MAKE IT THICK)
  4. Then put cashew, almonds, and cardomom powder. 
  5. At last put pinch of kesar color and kesar assence.
  6. Freeze it and enjoy.
