Besan k Ladoo

  • 2 cups gram flour
  • Almonds, Pista, Cashew nuts( chopped) 1 tspn each
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1-1/2cup sugar grinded 


  1. Take a wok and mix ghee and gram flour in it over the low heat. Mix it with continuosly stirring to avoid the formation of lumps. It is cooked when it gives and appetizing smell.
  2. Now remove it from heat and let it cool down. Now add sugar and nut and mix through and after that make the balls of the mixture size almost equal to the size of ping pong balls.
