Mango Kulfi

Ingredients:
  • 250gm milk
  • 1 serving spoon mawa                                                                   
  • 1-1/2 serving spoon sugar
  • 1/4tspn cardomom powder
  • 1/2 mango grinded
  • 1/2 mango assence
  • 1 tblspn kewara jal
  • Pinch of yellow color
  • Little bit of pista and almonds
Method:
  1. Boil the milk in the kadai. 
  2. Put mawa, sugar, and cardomom powder and mix it well. (MAKE IT THICK)
  3. Then put grinded mango, mango assence, kewara jal and yellow color.
  4. For garnish spread some Pista and almonds.
  5. Freeze and enjoy it.
