Aloo Ka Samosa

Ingredients:

  • 3 amchur
  • 1 cup maida
  • Pinch of baking powder
  • Little bit of ajwain
  • 1/2 tspn salt
  • Little bit of oil
  • 6 potato
  • 5-6 laung
  • 1/4 tspn heeng
  • 8-9 kali mirch
  • Dhaniya, Pudhina, Hari Mirch paste


Method:

  1. Make a dough of 1 cup maida, pinch of baking powder, ajwain, salt, and oil with luke warm water.
  2. Boil 6 potato in the cooker.
  3. Grinde 5-6 laung, 1/4 tspn heeng, and 8-9 kali mirch.
  4. Take a kadai, add oil in it.
  5. Then, add mashed potato, and then add dhaniya, pudhina, hari mirch paste and amchur.
  6. Add 1/2 tspn salt, laung and kali mirch.
