Aloo Ka Samosa
- 3 amchur
- 1 cup maida
- Pinch of baking powder
- Little bit of ajwain
- 1/2 tspn salt
- Little bit of oil
- 6 potato
- 5-6 laung
- 1/4 tspn heeng
- 8-9 kali mirch
- Dhaniya, Pudhina, Hari Mirch paste
- Make a dough of 1 cup maida, pinch of baking powder, ajwain, salt, and oil with luke warm water.
- Boil 6 potato in the cooker.
- Grinde 5-6 laung, 1/4 tspn heeng, and 8-9 kali mirch.
- Take a kadai, add oil in it.
- Then, add mashed potato, and then add dhaniya, pudhina, hari mirch paste and amchur.
- Add 1/2 tspn salt, laung and kali mirch.
