Ingredients:
- 2 serving spoon mustard oil(sarso tail)
- 1-1/2 serving spoon ghee
- Saboot garam masala
- 1 onion
- 100 gm palak
- 100gm green onions
- 100 gm gree chillies
- 2 tspn garlic, ginger paste
- 2 tspn dhaniya powder
- 2 tspn salt
- 4 kaju
- 2tspn khas-khas
- 1 kg meat
- 1 tspn saboot dhaniya
- 1tblspn vinegar
- 1 cup curd Method:
- Make the paste of palak, green onions, and green chillies.
- Heat the mustard oil and ghee in the kadai properly.
- Then put saboot garam masala, onion. Mix it well.
- Make the onions brown.
- Then put the paste of palak, green onions and green chillies.
- Then add ginger, garlic paste and dhaniya powder and salt.
- Then add kaju and khas khas paste in the kadai.
- Then 1 kg meat, saboot dhaniya, vinegar.
- Cook it well.
- After 1-1/2 hrs put the curd in it.
