Green Meat

Ingredients:
  • 2 serving spoon mustard oil(sarso tail)
  • 1-1/2 serving spoon ghee
  • Saboot garam masala
  • 1 onion
  • 100 gm palak
  • 100gm green onions
  • 100 gm gree chillies
  • 2 tspn garlic, ginger paste
  • 2 tspn dhaniya powder
  • 2 tspn salt
  • 4 kaju
  • 2tspn khas-khas
  • 1 kg meat
  • 1 tspn saboot dhaniya
  • 1tblspn vinegar
  • 1 cup curd Method:
  1. Make the paste of palak, green onions, and green chillies.
  2. Heat the mustard oil and ghee in the kadai properly.
  3. Then put saboot garam masala, onion. Mix it well.
  4. Make the onions brown.
  5. Then put the paste of palak, green onions and green chillies.
  6. Then add ginger, garlic paste and dhaniya powder and salt.
  7. Then add kaju and khas khas paste in the kadai.
  8. Then 1 kg meat, saboot dhaniya, vinegar.
  9. Cook it well.
  10. After 1-1/2 hrs put the curd in it.
