- 1 muthi cocum
- 1/2 serving spoon coconut
- 1/2 inch ginger
- Half bunch of pudhina
- Little bit of emli
- 2 green chillies
- 1-1/2 tspn salt
- 1/2 tblspn moong ki daal
- 1 tspn rai
- 7-8 neem ka pata
Method:
- Put, 1 muthi cocum, 1/2 serving spoon coconut, 1/2 inch ginger, half bunch of pudhina, little bit of emli, 2 green chillies, and 1-1/2 tspn salt in the grinder to grinde it properly.
- Then take a kadai put 1/2 tspn oil, 1/2 tblspn moong ki daal, 1 tspn rai and 7-8 neem k pate ka chawk lagana hai in the chutney.
- Take out the chutney and serve it with edli and dosa.
