Carrot Cake...

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 tspn salt

  • 1/2 tspn baking powder

  • 2 cups grated carrot

  • 2 cup salad oil

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 tspn baking soda

  • 2 tspn cinnamon

     

Method:

Beat egg until fluffy. Gradually add sugar. Mix in oil slowly and beat well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to the batter in 3 batches. Put carrots. Mix all up. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
