Caramel

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 tblspn sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tspn sugar


Method:
  1. Put the sugar in the pan with the 2-3 tspn water and make it brown.
  2. Take a bowl, beat milk, egg and sugar .
  3. Pour the bowl in the pan and cover it.
  4. Put 3-4 cups of water in the bowl and put the pan on the bowl and steam it.
