Dosa Masala

Preserve Stuff:

Keep 1 bowl of chane ki daal for 2 hours.

Kadai Stuff:

  • In the kadai, put 3-4 serving spoon oil,
  • Then 1 tspn rai,
  • Then 1 muthi neem ka pata,
  • Then put the preserve stuff,

Sambhar (Daal)

Cooker Stuff:


  • Take a cooker and put 1 bowl arhar ki daal
  • Then big pieces of loki
  • Then salt and haldi
  • At last mix it properly and close the cooker and give one whistle...

Bread sticks

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1/2 tspn salt

  • 10 grms yeast

  • 1/2 tspn sugar

  • 1 1/4 tspn vegetable ghee

  • 1 egg

  • onion seeds

  • oil

Orange glaze

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1 tblspn lemon juice

  • 1/3 cup sugar

Carrot Cake...

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 tspn salt

  • 1/2 tspn baking powder

  • 2 cups grated carrot

  • 2 cup salad oil

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 tspn baking soda

  • 2 tspn cinnamon

Apple Colada...

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup apple juice

  • 1/2 crushed pineppale in juice

  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

  • 1/4 cup light coconut milk

  • 1/2 tspn rum extract (optional)



Fresh Fruit Cocktail>>...

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups apple juice

  • 1 tblspn lemon juice

  • 1/2 tspn grated orange zest or 1/2 tspn lemon zest

  • 2(3 inch) cinamon stick

  • 2 red delicious red apples cored and chopped

  • 1 1/2 cup chopped fresh pinepalle

  • 1 orange peeled and sectional

  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes
