Dosa Masala
Preserve Stuff:
Keep 1 bowl of chane ki daal for 2 hours.
Kadai Stuff:
In the kadai, put 3-4 serving spoon oil,
Then 1 tspn rai,
Then 1 muthi neem ka pata,
Then put the preserve stuff,
Then 7-8 onions,
Then 3-4 green chillies,
Then 6-8 potato,
Then 1-1/2 tspn salt,
Then 1 tspn chilli powder,
Then garam masala,
Then heeng,
Then little bit of water and mix it well.
