Dosa Masala

Preserve Stuff:

Keep 1 bowl of chane ki daal for 2 hours.

Kadai Stuff:

  • In the kadai, put 3-4 serving spoon oil,
  • Then 1 tspn rai,
  • Then 1 muthi neem ka pata,
  • Then put the preserve stuff,
  • Then 7-8 onions,
  • Then 3-4 green chillies,
  • Then 6-8 potato,
  • Then 1-1/2 tspn salt,
  • Then 1 tspn chilli powder,
  • Then garam masala,
  • Then heeng,
  • Then little bit of water and mix it well.
